Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a contract made at boatparts.lv within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.
How to withdraw
Send a free-form notice or the model form below to lauris.valters@bmgpower.eu. Return the item within 14 days of sending the notice: bring or send it to Jaunā Līgo iela 33, Berģi, Garkalnes pagasts, Ropažu novads, LV-1024 (by parcel locker or courier). The buyer pays the direct cost of returning the item.
Condition of the item
You may unpack and inspect the item as you would in a shop. If it has been used more than needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
- goods made or prepared to the buyer's specifications (e.g. tinted paints, ropes or hoses cut to order);
- sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken;
- perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life.
Refunds
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent back. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest one we offer, the extra cost is not refunded.
