Description
The Vetus rectangular bolt-on hull anode is made of zinc and protects the boat's underwater metal parts – such as the shaft, propeller and rudder blade – against galvanic corrosion. The anode is bolted directly to the hull and is intended for use in salt water.
At 85 × 35 mm, this compact anode is well suited to smaller boats and to spots where a larger plate anode will not fit. Check the anode regularly and replace it once about half of the material has been consumed.
